I previously had no experience whatsoever when it came to exercising consistently or weightlifting but the head coach, Mr. Roman, is an incredible and helpful person. He takes his time and no matter what level the athletes are at, he always reviews the movements and techniques that are to be applied and focused on. Great gym, great coaches, great people, and it all factors in making a greater you!
