In response to your response of my original post, it 100% shows your lack of customer service the way u responded. Its sad!!! Bad day at 5am is laughable. Giving u 5 stars was not based on any encounter I had with u. It was ur coaches, it only changed after I encountered u. Luckily, people dont show up for your stellar customer service(pun intended), they show up to reach goals and get motivated by amazing coaches. Oh and I was in class because I paid and ur coaches r great! Didnt come for u buddy. Also, I asked in person to sign me up for an additional month and she didnt. Wonder why?? I also was told I could call back at anytime without penalty due to her mistake. I was given such bad info whn I called and came in that it cost me an additional $159 on top of what I already am obligated too. Never got an apology for her mistake. But the contract covers u, so ur good! Also, I was the only newbie in the group, so I did feel that u could have shown grace. I stand by 100% of my post still.
Wish I could give no stars to the owner. The OWNER needs a customer service class. He refused to show a ONE time grace to me as a new and excited member to borrow a heart monitor. He had an entire bucket FULL of them that he stated were only for visitors?? How many people visit a 5am class during a week day. Had I been a repeat offender, I could totally see his position. Eventhough a 1hr rental is only $10, it's about principle. After paying $159 a month and $99 for the heart monitor, a $10 charge for a 1hr rental the same month is an insult when it's the OWNER. Had it been any other employee that said it....I wouldnt have said a word. Warning to all new members...BRING YOUR HEART MONITORS or KEEP A STASH OF CASH for your OOPS moments.
