I am new to CrossFit, but I now completely understand what the hype is all about. I've been going to traditional gyms for years, but this workout method makes me feel stronger than ever and I've learned to do things I never thought I could do. Every workout is full body, intense, and unique.
Pivot Point is a fantastic gym with owners that go above and beyond to make you feel like you are more than a client. They have created a family-like atmosphere where everyone is full of encouragement and support for one another. The coaches in the gym are great and work with everyone of every skill set. They know when to scale you back or push you harder. The coaches always have so much energy and patience to help make sure you have proper form and are pushing yourself during the workouts. Another perk of the gym is it's 100% family friendly and they have an area for children to hang out and are within sight while working out.
It's different each time you go into the gym - a lot of the time you get a strength+cardio work out all in one. Why spend hours at a regular gym when you can spend less than an hour at Pivot Point CrossFit and get a super efficient work out!
