Bought my Groupon back in January, convinced a large group of people to try them out. Took almost a month to schedule our first session. SkyPilates cancelled and rescheduled for two week later. We all showed up but no one was there. Took a full week of multiple calls, emails and complaints to Groupon to get a response from the owner with an apology and request to contact them to schedule a "free" class. Guess what is still happening, no responses to my emails or calls. Groupon won't refund. DO NOT BUY THE GROUPON UNLESS YOU CAN SCHEDULE AN APPT AND MAKE SURE THAT THEY ARE THERE.
