Changing my review from 5 to 1 star until they fix their hot water situation. Cold showers for the last several weeks.
I like this location a lot. Nice equipment nice bathrooms not too crowded.
This gym is by far my favorite and most affordable. :) the staff is friendly and willing to lend a helping hand if need be. Its in a nice and quiet location and super safe.

Extensive variety of equipment, never too crowded, kind and helpful staff, at a great location in Centreville. Also, cannot beat the convenience of being able to go workout whenever you need to, regardless of your schedule. Would highly recommend!!

This is just my experience and opinion. Great place to workout, never crowded, and never had to wait for others to finish. Very friendly staff and always willing to help and accomadate members needs. I highly recommend this place if you don't want to over pay for other gyms.

Great staff. Very clean.
This is a great smaller gym. All the machinery usually works and (outside of rush hours) it is usually not overly busy. The music they play is great and the guy who runs it is very understanding and helpful. It's pretty cheap and its 24/7. All around great gym.
Usually h8t this place at night and it is a quiet spot without a lot of gym rats
This gym was perfect for the couple months I was home for college. It was clean, not too crowded, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the equipment offered satisfied all of my needs. I love the fact that it is open 24 hrs. Would recommend to others.
nice enough gym location. The space is a bit small, and accordingly the bathrooms can have a line. But the equipment is very comprehensive and in good condition. The temperature is consistently good (not too hot and humid, nor too cold). Nice cold water too.
They really need to expand into another unit.
