It's not only about stretching, strengthening muscles, helps improveing breathing issue, the gentle practice yet effectively has improve my focus ability and connection of my mind and body. It's a unique and powerful practice which I will return day after day.

I'm not going to say that I didn't get any benefits from the years that I attended this place. I chose to take time to find something that worked for me because this place no longer did the job and I wasn't getting what I needed.

The previous owner along with his staff was wonderful to me. They are the ones that I will never forget. I also liked the fact that it was the previous owner and his instructors that were in charge..not the students trying to take over when they were not in the room. I paid to take classes from the instuctor not the wanna be know it alls out there. I no longer found this place to be enjoyable nor peaceful when the new owner came along. I knew and observed way too much when it came to the new owner and the new student An that walked in the door. You couldn't even talk to the owner without her hovering aound. It's very convenient how she managed to become a teacher in less than a year without putting any real work into it or as much work as some of the others have done who have been there longer.

Obviously they don't treat everyone the same. I wanted to become a teacher but was told no because it was expensive and it is not easy as it looks. My response to that is ...since I came to class every day and it was pretty much the same routine, I could teach that in my sleep with exception of tai chi. This place is not the only place where you can become a teacher. It is also not the only place where you can get healed. This not the only yoga center in world that can do what they do. It might be expensive but that does not mean that I should be turned away due to lack of funds since they are suppose to help and heal people. Regardless of how difficult you say it is to teach, I know that I am more than capable of teaching and I would be great at it. It's fine though. I will get what I want somewhere else not because of money but because I earned it and no one handed it to me.

I'm not going to say that I didn't get any benefits from the years that I attended this place. It's just the fact that when this place changed owners I came to the conclusion that this was no longer the place for me. I no longer found it enjoyable nor peaceful. I knew and observed too much.
I also don't like the fact that they put other people's business out in the street. There's no real privacy there.
If you decide to take this to a deeper level, I can easily say that there are no real steps to take. What I mean by that statement is that as long as you have money, you can pretty much do whatever you want. You can skip ahead of everyone else within less than a year. I noticed that when a so called new student arrived and is now a "teacher". Funny how that works out. I brought up teaching for myself in the past and the response I got was that it was exspensive and it's not as easy as it looks. Obviously they don't treat everyone the same. It got toa point that
I no longer felt welcome there with the teacher's pet around.
I said I would return one day but I can sincerely say that will not be happening in this life time.

I love this gentle yoga exercise. The exercise starts with relaxing your head, shoulders, arms and feet. Then the exercise focuses on stomach, back bone. It strengthens the core, and leave body feeling strong and refreshed after the exercise. It gives me energy after I exercise although I am so tired after long working day at the office. It give relaxation, calm and refreshed my entire body and mind. My blood circulation works very well each day after you exercise.

Never done Yoga before now and it is helping my physical health and mental health too. Everyone is helpful. Welcoming friendly staff and attendees. Made big positive changes in my life. Friends and family notice big positive changes in me right away. Never could stick with going to a gym or health club. I look forward to going to Namoo Yoga every chance I get.

Clean, welcoming, and effective was my initial assessment. I have thoroughly enjoyed the classes until an older American woman starting teaching some of the classes. Her personality does not fit the environment for those who come to meditate and focus on mindfulness. She is rough, very bossy, and this detracts from the peaceful time I usually enjoy while being there. I wish that there was a schedule posted on who teaches what course. I'd love to return.

As an overweight, out-of-shape 64 year old who had never taken a yoga class, I joined Namoo in October 2016. It is the best thing I have ever done for myself! I have gained flexibility, better balance, and a new outlook on life. The instructor, Jason, is unbelievably kind, knowledgeable, and gifted. I had daily shoulder pain due to bone spurs, torn rotator cuff, and arthritis, but Jason was able to alleviate the arthritis pain using acupressure. My shoulder pain no longer wakes me up during the night. I was very skeptical that the acupressure would help, but am now a firm believer.

Do yourself a favor, and try a class! You will not be disappointed.
