Love this gym. It has tons of space and is very clean. The staff members are very friendly and help you whenever needed. The new manager Dane is also very friendly and professional. Great place to workout.
Love our PF! My husband and I try to go daily. I have to take a moment to recognize "Chris". He works the early morning shift during the week at our Centreville location, and he is so friendly, always helpful, and has such a positive attitude. We look forward to him welcoming us to the gym every morning! Thank you PF for your wonderful gym, and staff!
I am relatively new to PF but am enjoying each and every workout. The staff is great, the facility is very clean and they are true to the company mission of a good workout and no criticism. I have big goals in 2020. Thanks PF!
Love coming here, employees are mostly nice and keep the area clean. They don't really have a trainer though. The one that I signed up for awhile back didn't even show me the equipment or even how to use them. But i still like coming to this location.
Got charged the yearly fee the day after I cancelled...It was convenient for them to have the yearly fee available for billing the day I go to cancel and they said I needed to give 7 day notice. I didn't know when the yearly fee was due and there was no fore warning. Don't sign up for any planet fitness especially this one.

Unfortunately, I had not been to the gym in two months due to illness. I finally returned, and the staff made me feel like I never left with their inviting greetings. I'm really happy this place is so close to home.
From a hard day at work and then coming to the gym to release some stress, this is by far the cleanest gym I ever been to! It is so spacious and the staff are very welcoming. Very happy that I joined and I will be recommending all my friends to this place!!!

I have really enjoyed my membership at this location. From the equipment to the wonderful staff it has been a wonderful experience each and every time. The manager Will has been taking care of me since the gym opened, very attentive and has great customer service. I always see the staff cleaning and the gym is always spotless. It can get a little busy in the evenings but dies down after that. The ability to use all clubs is my favorite and the fact that I get free training classes is just a plus. The trainer here is like no other very knowledgeable and willing to help you achieve your goals in an effective matter. There is no other planet fitness like this one and I am happy I visited this location thus far.

The staff here are friendly and I see the staff cleaning the gym every now and then. Locker rooms are spacious and showers are always clean. They offer some great fitness classes here with an amazing trainer for FREE!!!
I came into this gym not expecting much. I came in and was greeted by Kimberly. She took me on a tour and explained everything throughly. She was very nice and changed my opinion on this facility. I look forward to this gym!

They are truly a judgement free gym, you everything you need as long as working out to stay healthy and in shape.

I have been a member with Planet Fitness for the past two years. This new location is closer to my home, so convenient, clean, and nice staff. Nothing beats brand new equipment!
Clean, thoughtful of customers with built-in-lock lockers. Safe surroundings, convenient noodle store next-door with specials if customers eat in. Easy meal after a workout!

Worst construction and management. Gym is brand new and nice setting but NO HOT WATER in Men's Shower since its opening. No one knows when to fix. Ask several staff but all they can say is 'don't know and headquarter doesn't send a plumber yet...' Bad plumbing issue is exactly same problem in Sully Station Location. Plumber/General contractor who does Planet fitness is worst contractor in the Planet. Can't understand why planet fitness headquarter can't send a plumber immediately.
Wonderful gym, great and spacious! The staff are all so helpful and always there to answer any questions you may need. I love the new PF360 area it allows you to workout in new ways. You cannot beat the price and the location is spot on!
Brand new! Pretty good all around. 5 stars!
Shower water takes FOREVER to get warm and warm is as good as is gets, barely out of the 'not cold' zone. -2 stars
