I have a 4 year relationship with Fitness on the Run. Bi weekly sessions with my trainer has improved my strength, stamina, and balance. I have more energy and feel motivated. My trainer is knowledgeable and highly trained to meet my individual needs and set individual goals for me. Our sessions are varied and interesting, and I have learned a great deal about proper form and interval training. I am 100% pleased with my workouts and my relationship with Fitness on the Run.
