Great staff and the members are awesome too. Each class presents a new challenge.

Fantastic, fun, and challenging workout no matter your level or ability. If you need it, the trainers will happily modify all stations to accommodate injury or level of comfort. I always leave F45 feeling and knowing I got a great workout. Highly recommend.

"Team training, life changing" is more than just a slogan, it is what happens every single day at F45. It is more than a gym, it is family. The trainers are motivating, personable, knowledgable and top notch. By just showing up and working hard for 45 minutes per workout I saw results and progress that far exceeded my expectations. The wide variety of lifting, core, cardio, and functional exercises are ever-changing, never dull, and always challenging. I am truly sad that I'm moving away from Old Town Alexandria, at least for a time, but if I'm fortunate enough to back in the area I know exactly where I'll be training - at F45 Old Town.

Love this workout. Each different session challenges you but the group environment and great music help push you through. All the trainers I have met at the Old Town location are brilliant. Not only knowledgeable but friendly and supportive. Highly recommend F45!

F-45 Training is an excellent workout, no matter what level of fitness you are currently at. The instruction is outstanding and there is a personal training aspect to this despite the fast pace so it inspires you to keep going. I always feel great after the workout and the time flies by so fast. I highly recommend this workout regime!

Awesome classes! The endless variations keep me from getting bored, and the coaches always manage to kick my butt, while being surprisingly nice about it.

I have been training at this gym since they opened last May and it has been the best fitness experience I have ever had. The F45 program just works. The trainers and management are amazing and will help you with whatever your goals might be. The program is designed to challenge you no matter what your fitness level is.

This gym makes you feel like a rock star, regardless of your fitness level. if you are out of shape, they will help you get fit. if you are in shape, they will help you get fitter- just by virtue of the range of exercises. Josh is a happy ripped cheerleader of a coach -full of knowledge re. form/food/ and mechanics. Even though the music is over the top for me personally, the whole workout environment is great and flies by... And if you are ready to incorporate a bit more nature into your workout, try rowing when winter eases :o) Thank you F45 Old Town!

A HIIT functional training gym that is attentive to detail, while pushing the client to get in a great 45 minute to 1 hour workout. The trainers can modify any exercise to make it easier or harder. The trainers will help the client correct any form issues and explain proper form, also physically demonstrate correct technique. Trainers motivate and encourage clients to work hard and keep moving until there is a rest beak. I enjoy working out here and I enjoy being around the people in my classes. -a great group setting, which is also motivating for the client. I've seen a lot of progress in my fitness goals since I began going to F45 months ago.

The trainers are inspiring. The workouts challenge you and change everyday. Their workouts truly are "full body". I look forward to class everyday and would recommend it for all fitness levels!

Great workout if you want a new workout every day with positive trainers. You will sweat in 10 min if you are putting any effort in. 45 min in and out, an hour on Saturday.
