Love this gym, it's great if you are beginner and don't know exorcises because the trainers will help introduce you to different work outs and teach you correct form. It is also nice if you are used to playing sports because it's similar to team exorcises, so it relates to everyone. Plus the group setting helps with motivating you because everyone is super nice.
