I have been to many different Crossfits, but this one is the best. The coaches are on top of their game. They will not hesitate to ensure that you are being safe and that you are doing the exercise properly. Very inviting atmosphere. In the first two days, I think I met like 20-30 crossfitters who walked up to me to introduce themselves. If needs be, the coaches will scale down the WOD (Workout of Day) to your situation or experience level. Excellent place!!
I did a drop in for 2 days while I was in town. This is a great box and the coaches and community are amazing. Had the opportunity to do 17.1 while I was there and the encouragement I received from everyone was amazing!
I will be dropping back in when I am town. Thanks again CrossFit Helo for the wonderful experience!
I was shocked to see someone put a one star! I love this gym. When I first started coming I didn't know anybody, and now it feels like my second family!! The coaches are the best part of this gym. They really take the time to get to know you individually.
