Fantastic, unique concept for a gym. I love choosing what circuit I want to do, some days I'll do 2 circuits, they have an open cardio area as well if you want to spend extra time on a treadmill or rower or whatever. I can really push myself each time without someone watching me. It's laid out, 30 minutes, easy to follow, easy to modify to challenge yourself more.
The body scan is way more effective in seeing progress than scale weight. I was shocked at the inches I lost when the scale hadn't changed much. It's extra motivating!
I REALLY hope they build more locations in the valley so I have even more to choose from. I'd love to have a larger location like they do in Logan with a full gym and showers and all that.
