I'm almost tempted to not write this review, because I don't want everyone overwhelming the best massage therapist I've ever had! But Emily is AMAZING! I've been getting regular massages for years, and they didn't seem to do much for my chronic pain until I started seeing Emily. You should go to her. Always. Just please leave some appointment availability for me.

Leesa is great to work with! She did an awesome job with putting together fitness and meal plans. And teaching about why the body works the way it does.

My fiance and I have gone to see Hector at Yin Health and Wellness for various injuries. We could not be more pleased with the care and knowledge that was provided . As I have suffered two shoulder injuries and a hernia repair surgery, the movement assessments and techniques, such as Graston, Hector was able to implement allowed me to get back to living an active lifestyle pain free. Hector is extremely talented at his craft and his level of professionalism, knowledge and care is much appreciated. I would recommend Hector and Yin Health and Wellness to anyone and everyone!

I've been having issues with my shoulder for years. After a few recovery sessions with Hector, my shoulder is finally feeling better and I can weight train without issues or any major pain. I will continue going here anytime I feel any pain at all. He is the best out there and i would strongly recommend he to anyone to needs work done on their muscles and with mobility. Love this place! Thank you!

Where do I start? Love the variety of classes offered, so we all can benefit. From myself, who is not an avid yoga goer to my kindergartener and toddler, we all have options. Being a beginner myself, I don't ever feel uncomfortable or out of place. It is a welcoming studio and Lauren is so friendly and supportive that I thoroughly enjoy my experiences there. Oh yes, and Glowga has become my once a month date with my kindergartener. She absolutely loves it and it's such a fun way to be active together. We love YIN!

Yin Studio provides yoga, nutrition and meditation classes to our outpatient substance use disorder treatment center. Our clients and staff love their services and this has encouraged many to implement holistic approaches to their recovery.
