Great gym, friendly staff, and a good rate for a membership. Have loved being a member of planet fitness so far!
Keep working out hard in this place.... great atmosphere and no body messes with you
.. a lot machines and extras
Very good location, a lot of parking, not too many people where there and there were lots if machines open. Didn't have to wait for anything. They have awesome massage chairs and indoor tanning salons for black card members.
Nice gym. Half the computers on the stationary bikes don't work half the time. The WiFi sucks, not worth using. Other then that, nice gym.
Great planet fitness and I have been to a lot of planet fitness around the country. Staff is super friendly and the place is always spotless. It's relatively new so all the machines are new and there is a ton of space. There are four Smith machines and even when they're all taken, I usually only have to wait 5 minutes before someone is done. Big spacious weight area, tons of ab machines, basically everything you could want!
The facilities here are very nice and new I have no complaints at all. I moved to this location because it is a short 5 minute drive from my work so I can go work out at the end of my work day. My one and only complaint comparing it to my old Tville location is the employees in the evening when I'm there from 5 to 7 pm. These girls are lifeless, dull and unhelpful. They do not greet you or say anything when you leave. Such a bummer because besides that its the perfect gym. Who put these girls up front? I work with the public, love what I do and always have a smile on my face, you wont see that from those two.
District manager from out of state super nice. All equipment is new . the only elliptical i enjoy that planet fitness doesn't have is the precor open stride . excellent location. My mom loves planet fitness. Newest planet fitness in utah that i know of
I would give this Planet Fitness probably 2.5 stars. There's nothing wrong with this gym, but there's nothing good about it either. I joined because it's a couple of minutes from my house, and when I choose not to use the gym where my trainer works, this Planet Fitness is convenient.
The clientele and ambiance are sort of reflective of a gym on a military base. It's as if this is a gym located near Camp Pendleton. There are a lot of guys wearing sleeveless tank tops, and young women working out who are more into their looks than developing their intellect. No one is friendly and no one has anything to say. The gym has a lot of machines and enough free weights to keep anyone busy. It is a large cavernous gym, perfectly fitting for its clientele. Unlike my other gym, there is no laughter, no smiles, and no camaraderie. The people who work out here are very robotic acting and looking.
However, I use Planet Fitness for a quick 1.5 hour workout. Thirty minutes on the weights and one hour on the bike. Bring your own towel, water, and lock. Bare bones is provided at Planet Fitness. That's fine for a "fill in" gym taking 10 bucks a month from me. However, if you're looking for a club atmosphere, and some sociability with your fitness, Planet Fitness is not the place for you. Planet Fitness is like living in the Marine barracks.
Don' expect any frills, warmth or pathos. That's for the weak.

Love my black card. Even during my no workout months, I can still use it to tan & hang in the massage chair. Sometimes you can even get super lucky and a stranger might sit down next to you who doesn't mind watching Property Brothers & listening to you vent so there's an extra bonus!

Its ok. Doesn't have a stairstepper.
Luv Planet Fitness but I Hate only can use M-F
They are CLOSED SATURDAY, SUNDAY @ 7 pm
At first I had no issues with this location. Then I had to call and ask a question about my bill. I was treated rudely by the young man that answered the phone. I have cancelled my account as I would prefer to go to a gym where I am treated with respect, instead of someone treating me rudely and being condescending on the phone to me. That man has cost your company the business of myself and my entire family.
Planet Fitness is franchise gym that I have been to at least 54 plus times across the United States. There no obvious negatives at this gym. The positives of this gym were it was large, clean, and well maintain. I would go this gym location again but I would likely recommend all Planet Fitness gym across the nation to any beginning exerciser due to its' $10 membership fee or its' $20 fee for access around the United States for a person travelling.

Friendly staff and good equipment. The locker room facilities are always tidy. It can be a bit crowded in the early morning (around 6 AM)
This gym is very user friendly, clean, and fun to go to for all kinds of exercise. On the first Monday of the month, they offer a free slice of pizza (then you work it off)!
I've been a member at this location on and off for the past couple years. No issues with billing, the facility is clean, and the staff are kind and welcoming. Cancelling is easy and never a hassle. Does get busy during peak hours and I wish they had a stair master. Overall, it has been a good experience.
The manager doesn't like women! she is terrible and thinks she knows all aspects of the club and is not a people person. I mentioned that the machines had sweat on them and she made it seem it was my fault! if her day is going well then clients are fine if not watch out! omg
Not the best maintained PF I've been to. The few pieces of equipment you can put plates on are always left a mess. Plates are left on for the next user to have to remove. Employees (not all, there are a couple hard working ones) just stand there and leave it. It's great they have an actual leg press (unlike many other PFs) but oh wait, there are a bunch of plates on it no matter what time of day you come. Want to use the Black Card member area for tan or massage I would recommend cleaning before use. Also, the doors don't lock so anyone can walk in and steal your stuff or walk in on you tanning. Other than that there is a lot of equipment, dumbbells go heavier than most PF locations which is nice (up to 75lbs). If you're a fan of the PF dress code, it isn't highly enforced here. Tanya, the manager, is really good. She listenes when I expressed my concerns and was willing to work with me on a membership issue. She was very professional. Keeping it cleaner and more organized would get the review 4 stars.
Pros: Temperature always perfect and water always cold unlike most gyms I've belonged too. Very Clean and machines are well taken care of. NewerRarely a wait for machines or free weights. Friendly staff. No loud testosterone muscle heads lol
Cons: not enough variety of workout equipment. Free pizza night lol
Honestly, a great gym. Normally I go to Vasa, but this place is great too. The atmosphere is pleasant, the employees are nice. Pretty dead, but low number of free weights available.
Hassle-free? Not really. Trying to cancel my membership is a joke. I moved away from the location I signed up at and I have to spend half my day driving there to sign a paper. I called to ask if there was any other way to cancel and the girl tells me I could try mail but it might not work. Definitely never getting a planet fitness membership ever again and letting everyone I know not to either.
