I absolutely love these guys and am so grateful to them. As someone who came to them obese and nervous, I was welcomed into a non intimidating environment. They go above and beyond and truly care. When I was struggling Kenny would let me text him my food journals daily, Adam would put in extra sessions with me, and Cody helped me create extra workout plans to do on my own. They truly care and want to see you succeed. They come from an approach of encouragement. So far these guys have helped me lose 80 lbs and gain a lot of strength. I can't wait to hit the 100lb marker with them. I would encourage anyone who is struggling and needs the extra motivation or support to reach out to them!
I have had the opportunity to train exclusivly with Kenny for almost 4 years now. I have worked with several trainers in the past but none of them can measure up to the level of professionalism and knowledge that Kenny brings to the table. I am an avid off road motorcycle racer and as such, I have had several injuries. Kenny has effectively rehabilitated those injuries (something that doctors were not able to fix) while continuing to strengthen key muscle groups without causing further damage. I have experienced significant weight loss (40lbs) with Kenny and increased my strength by as much as 250% in some areas. I would highly recommend Kenny to anyone who is serious about strength training, conditioning or weight loss.

I've never had a personal trainer before and today was my first day of a three week full-body routine targeting different areas each workout. I had so much fun with Cody I forgot that working out is supposed to suck but I left feeling like every muscle was really worked. Kenny is extremely nice and his gym is clean and organized. I felt really welcomed and not intimidated in the slightest even though I'm new and don't know a lot about fitness.
I'm really looking forward to my next workout! I definitely recommend for anyone!

Kenny is a rockstar and an amazing trainer. I've been in and out of 'the gym' my whole life but never felt super satisfied after my personal workouts and I could never really get myself to be sore. That's not the case with Kenny. I'm sore for a few days after every workout. And not the soreness that makes you miserable and not able to move, but the soreness that makes you feel you got in a really good workout and your muscles are building strength and endurance for the next time. Kenny is extremely knowledgable about your body and knows where he can push you. He's also very aware of the nutritional aspects of a healthy lifestyle and the recovery aspects.

I've been working with Kenny for 10 weeks and am so pleased with my results! I have noticeably lost weight, gained strength, no longer have to take sleep aids, and my overall energy level has greatly improved. I have never been athletic, so making the decision to work with a personal trainer was scary - I didn't know what to expect; however, Kenny made me feel comfortable right away. His coaching and encouragement makes it easy to stay motivated. I look forward to every session, and feel a great sense of accomplishment each time I finish one!
KG Strength Training is great. The Gym is small and is setup for one on one training with Kenny. He can do groups but it's probably worth it to just do the private session. I've been working with him for over a year and it has been great. In my time working out there I have been impressed with the quality of the training, especially for the price!
Kenny is committed to working with people at all levels of strength and health. If you're training for a specific sport or activity (especially football), Kenny will adjust his workouts to help you get ready. I Ski and Kenny got my legs ready for the season!

Kenny is by far the BEST strength and conditioning coach I have ever had the pleasure of working with. As a former division one athlete, I have worked with a wide variety of strength coaches. Kenny is by far the most knowledge, goal-orientated, energetic, and caring coach who has trained me. He helps me achieve my fitness goals and helps me develop my own workout regimen to further advance my athleticism. I would highly recommend Kenny to anyone who is looking to achieve their health, fitness, and athletic goals.

A friend and I went and trained with Kenny and we both had a great experience. We have very different levels of skill regarding fitness but Kenny was able to develop a personalized workout for each of us and our skill levels. He shows experience and a well-rounded knowledge of fitness. I talked with him about the steps necessary to achieve my fitness goals and he gave great advice.
The gym itself was great as well. It was smaller, but I think that it helped give a better environment to work out in with an instructor there for every step. If you're looking for training with anything from strength workouts to just getting back in shape, the prices and the skill of the instructor can't be beat. I'm definitely going back and recommend for anyone of any skill level to try it out!
