Staying fit is a choice that Audrey makes easy (though she'll tell you it isn't). Over the last several months, the increased muscle definition, balance, strength, and stamina have been paying off, with just 3 sessions a week.

While assisted stretching is extra, the increased range of motion is noticeable and appreciated. Working with a professional trainer is helpful, and Audrey is a very human soul!

I have been stretching and strengthening with Audrey for over a year and a half with great improvement in my range of motion and core stability. Audrey is always extremely positive and easy to communicate with and caters to your individual needs.

Audrey is an excellent trainer for me. I first encountered her when searching the web for a trainer with experience helping older people. I have been with her all but 5 years, and since I began, my strength, balance, and flexibility have become more like those for a person younger than I am. I have never been injured or overdone through Audrey's coaching. She knows her stuff, and is a very nice person, as well.
