I've been meaning to write this review since they opened (better late than never) but I guess I'd rather actually go to yoga classes than write about them. However, I knew I had to eventually sit down and give praise where it was due. I followed a lot of these instructors around for years so when 21st opened and many ended up there - it was a no brainer to nama-stay with them.
I particularly like Jame's Candlelight Power Flow - it's a great class if you want a bit of a workout balanced with the perfect amount of relaxation/meditation. His love for music is evident in his deliberate playlist created for each class. It's not uncommon for me to be bopping my head to a beat while I'm in down dog. Kim's Restore class is heavenly - I'm usually so blissed out by the end I wish I'd brought a sleeping bag to just immediately float off into dreamland afterwards. Lucy's Yin is also incredible. She's always keeping it interesting by switching up what she's doing every week and sprinkling her class with great anecdotes and readings. That being said, I try out other classes and instructors often and am never disappointed. They also sporadically offer workshops which I've enjoyed.
There's classes for every skill level, mats if you don't have them, and the pricing is fair. I recommend getting a pass because it saves you some money and if you don't want to come back after trying it once I don't know what's wrong with you.
