I just finished the 300 hr yoga therapy program at Inbody! The program has helped me become more confident in my knowledge of the body and taught me new yogic tools that have helped me deepen my personal practice as well as my students. It also has helped with my massage practice by being able to confidently incorporate the breathing and mindfulness techniques I learned which helps my clients be more connected to their bodies which in turn helps the massage be a more effective tool for healing their body and mind.
I had high expectations going into yoga teacher training last January.Their website and overall impression is very convincing and professional. Needless to say I was excited. However, the training was very unorganized, unclear expectations, and many of us were confused on what we needed to do. We had to meet 3 days during the week and on Saturday. On Saturday, I was told to wait outside because the class was too full. Keep in mind I paid over 2 grand and to get told I had to wait outside until the yoga class was finished was disheartening because I was there to learn. I also got tricked and lied to with the tuition cost and had to pay more than I was originally told. I'm going to further my yoga teaching career through a different business that costs way less but provides structured and effective learning.
I love inbody academy. The teachers are so knowledable and passionate about yoga and connecting with each student to make sure they get the most out of the class. The teacher training program guides trainees down their teaching path giving them a range of different knowledge so they can choose what interests them the most while giving them all the knowledge they need to keep their students safe in their practice while healing and growing towards their unique goals.
Working with Aron and his staff at InBody Academy has been enjoyable, professional, and edifying. Aron strives to provide the most up-to-date information on Yoga Therapy and integrates it into his Advanced Teacher Trainings with so much ease. Being both a student and part of the Teaching Staff has been a unique and powerful experience. The space for learning is HERE!

As well as offering a variety of yoga styles to help me feel prepared and knowledgeable to begin my teaching career. They were flexible and accommodating which helped make the training possible for busy people like myself, as well as affordable! I would definitely recommend starting here for any kind of training or practice!

Inbody Academy's teacher training program changed life in a big way for me. Since embarking on a teacher training journey I've learned, what it means to be an authentic teacher, gained skill to offer yoga therapeutically, to work with the client in the moment and confidently support their healing process.
