If you want to get in shape, and I mean IN SHAPE...this is the way to do it. The instructor is great for all levels and keeps you excited to come back. Don't be afraid, if I can do it after 3 kids and a career at a desk, YOU can too!

Eliza has proven herself to be THE BEST and MOST CAPABLE physical fitness trainer EVER. I have joined many many fitness clubs & tried other trainers, but none have been as useful & valuable to me as Eliza. Her knowledge is gold. Although I am a tough client & I work full-time as a physician, and I'm single mom; Eliza makes every minute I'm there well worth it, It's the toughest workout ever, but I feel compelled to return & almost feel "addicted", and I've been at it with Eliza for almost 3 years!!!!!
