I enjoyed this a lot, I personally have never been a big fan of yoga, and I'm not a great handler of high heat, but I really wanted to get more flexibility and feel extra motivated to do so, and Bikram does that for me. I think this a great studio, it's clean, everyone's really supportive, and luckily, especially if you're a newbie, as long as you're respectful and quiet, if it becomes too much to handle, you're allowed to leave the room for a quick break now and then if you need, which I personally did my first time. Hopefully as I continue I'll get used to it. Bring lots of water ! Stay hydrated, and don't eat heavy before you go. Looking forward to my next class
