Elle is the best. She is so thoughtful and really pushes you to get a good workout while also being mindful and controlled about each exercise. Highly recommend!!

Elle is a wonderful teacher and a lovely human! I have never done pilates before and have really been enjoying it! I look forward to going to sessions with her and am excited to get strong and gain more stability. She is attentive to previous injuries and wants to help people grow. Highly recommend!

Elle is very talented and professional, and that added with her friendly character makes her an amazing teacher. My niece and myself had a great workout and Elle made it fun and yet challenging. We definitely will go again. Her ability to work with all ages and abilities make pilates a really enjoyable experience.
