I had to come in and exchange my pants TWICE already. The first time around, an associate helped me to order them online. They ordered the wrong size. I went back, exchanged my pants and placed a new order. The pants came in, this time around its the wrong color. I did not realize ordering pants online was rocket science. Now I need to go back in again and hope they have the pants I want in their inventory, because I am not entirely convinced they will ever get it right at this rate.

Emily is awesome! Always super kind and friendly. I had an issue with some pants ripping at the belt loops and she hooked it up, for a different pair and sent me on my way. Thanks Emily!
Love the service you get! Everyone is beyond helpful and will not have you feeling judged about anything you pick or about how you appeared when coming into the store. Beyond recommend this store!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Walked in alone, was not greeted, browsed around and had a question. All the employees were in the back of the store gossiping. Oh, and I was the ONLY customer in the store.

Pretty expensive stuff but it comes with a 5 year warranty. What I like about everything here is it's all workout clothes designed to be hidden in the form of nice clothes.
Lululemon is the bomb, used to wear Nike gear until I discovered this place. Great store and very polite/helpful staff. I've had better experiences at Trolley with staff and inventory vs. Fashion Place, but you can't go wrong either way.

As bad of a wrap as this place gets for their pricing... My pants are worth every penny. Such great material, I will never buy leggings elsewhere. Staff is helpful as well.
