I had to come in and exchange my pants TWICE already. The first time around, an associate helped me to order them online. They ordered the wrong size. I went back, exchanged my pants and placed a new order. The pants came in, this time around its the wrong color. I did not realize ordering pants online was rocket science. Now I need to go back in again and hope they have the pants I want in their inventory, because I am not entirely convinced they will ever get it right at this rate.
