Dropped in. Friendly. Clean. Ready to work. Coaching was first class. Large variety of athletes from beginner to highly advanced.
Fantastic staff to assist you in your fitness goals. Would highly recommend to all.
Did a drop in last week whilst visiting from Australia. Sign in was quick and easy. Coach Victoria was friendly, informative and gave constructive feedback. Cool T-shirt and nice sized box with plenty of equipment and space to workout. Ill definitely be back!!
I was going to another box when I moved like 3 minutes away from SLC CrossFit's location. While I really liked my old box, practicality won out and I made the switch. I had high expectations and they definitely were all met. My lifts have made incredible progress and the programming is really good!
I just dropped in for one day and really liked the programming and coaching. Brock was helpful with small but important changes to make in my lifting technique and seemed very knowledgeable. If I lived in the area, I'd love having SLC CrossFit as my home gym!
This gym is awesome and has everything anyone could want or need. Management has taken very good care of it's clients

It's not easy by any means! But this place deliver the results. I have been to few Crossfit locations throughout the country. Including the ultimate Reebok Crossfit in 5th Ave in New York. I have to say SLC CrossFit is my favorite. I love the staff, the training, WOD are well planned and well set up. I really like the owner Justin. You can reach to him anytime if you are having an issue of a workout or any personal advice. If you want to challenge your body and mind... Push to the next limit.... then this is the place. I highly recommend this location.
Great gym, welcoming community, overall top notch facility. If you are dropping in or need a home this gym and staff are well equipped!!!
Staff and coaches were welcoming to dropins! Knowledgeable and willing to assist for great form. Went the extra mile to work with me on form, even know I was a drop in. Exceptional gym! Will be coming back next year! Great equipment and experience!

Dropped in for a few days - Great gym with super nice coaches and members. Take time if you're in the area.
This gym has a lot of great things going like programming, coaches, and plenty of equipment to support large classes. The reason I'm giving them a 3/5 is because there seems to be severe separation between the "elite" crossfitters and just the "regular" people. I personally like to work out in a positive, happy, family-like environment, that's why I chose crossfit in the first place. I never met the owner while a member, and I was never approached or spoke with one of the "elites" because it has more of a competitive environment. Still a great gym however, and especially if you're interested in becoming a competitor and want to work hard!
Solid programming and competitive atmosphere. All the chicks schooled me and made me feel like a wussy. Get good. That's the product of great programming and solid coaches.
The best CrossFit gym in Salt Lake City. Great equipment and awesome people
great box! Stopped in for 6am
Class with a friend who's never done crossfit. Coach Brock was great!
Plenty of professional equipment. Roomy. Convenient location.
Went here to shout for my team at a competition, looks like a great box.
