If you have kids ~or might have one in the future~ this is not the gym for you (no childcare, no membership cancellation).
If there is a remote possibility that you might be relocating, this is not the gym for you (no membership cancellation).
If you have a change in your schedule and their hours don't work for you, this is not the gym for you (no membership cancellation).
If you think it might be reasonable to call and talk to someone about your new situation and the possibility of cancelling your membership, this is not the gym for you (horrendous and/or non-responsive customer service). A real-life automaton representative will blandly repeat many, many times that there is no possibility of cancellation and then with great difficulty do the strenuous calculations required to tell you how many months are left on your membership and how much the total is, if you would like to pay-in-full for the remainder of your contract. (gee thanks, how would I ever have figured out that complicated multiplication on my own?!?)
