Great gym for advanced lifters. Not great for beginners but is completely capable for beginners to train here because there are a lot of very experienced lifters that are willing to help.

Great gym and has everything you need. 24/7 access, everyone there is extremely friendly and always willing to help out if needed.

Great facility with fantastic equipment. Its always easy to get an amazing workout in the "get after it" type of environment this gym provides. And wether you're an incredibly experienced lifter or brand new to the game, the welcoming members make you feel comfortable right away.

Absolute Power and Fitness is one of those gyms where you feel like you're part of a family the moment you walk in. The guys are fantastic and if you're a power lifter, this is the gym to glean tons of information from people who live it and lift it! I consider them friends.

Great gym for all types; strength, physique, even athletes. The atmosphere is great and keeps one motivated. The coaching helps keep good form and to obtain goals.

Great "underground" gym! Everyone is friendly and helps with any questions you might have! Been going here for about 3 years, and now I can't go anywhere else because the environment is too great!
