First off I want to say the staff at Eos is amazing! I love training with Mike he is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Mike and Brandon make me feel welcome everyday I come to the gym. I couldn't ask for a better, more inviting environment or for a better trainer.
LEA at the Ogden facility is awesome. Not only does she go above and beyond to make sure members are happy and satisfied with the facility and its operations, but she is always on hand to help with any issues. She has always made me feel welcome and she always has a smile on her face when greeting members. THANKS LEA FOR ALL THAT YOU DO!!!

I'd like to highlight something I find especially important: the employees learn your name and greet you with enthusiasm and a smile. Adam in particular is always enthusiastic to see me. He's the one that first greeted me and showed me around. I looked forward to his positivity each time I come.

Great variety of machines and benches. Staff was very welcoming and answered all the questions I had as well as showed me where everything was (I talked with Bryan and Jasmin). The majority of the stuff is fairly used but most of it still works good with no problems at all. I went on Tuesday at the busiest part of the day so it was packed but still had a good workout.
This gym has everything you can ask for for a great price! The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's always clean and if you have any questions/concerns they're willing to help you out immediately. Fantastic spot to workout!

I've turned out different many of gyms in my history and this one Takes the Cake. The staff are amazing accommodating friendly they go above and beyond what's expected to make your experience your great there's a huge selection of pretty much anything you can imagine any kind of workout you could possibly want to do they have an indoor track pool sauna steam room tanning beds I mean they literally have it all and the price for a gym membership for all the amenities they offer is literally incomparable

Very disappointed. Came across a coupon for a "Free VIP Membership" and called to inquire because it was vague with no small print to speak of. The General Manager in Ogden (Dustin) confirmed that if there was no written stipulation, I could take the coupon into the closest Gold's Gym and redeem it. When I got there, a teenager took the coupon, got on his cell phone, called his supervisor and told me that he would not honor the coupon. The supervisor at this location arbitrarily made the pass for "7 days" even though it is nowhere stipulated, AND I had already cleared it through the G.M. Complete waste of my time and a poor reflection on management who does not honor their word. Additionally, I find the bombardment of over-eager/desperate e-mail offers to be annoying. I will be communicating my experience to all friends and loved ones, with the suggestion that they take their business to places with more integrity.

I just went in to cancel my membership because I was moving to Idaho. The employee cancelled it for me. Later, they texted me to call them about the membership. When I called, they said I was in a year membership and they charged me for 8 months that I am not attending. This is not a customer-focused business, and I strongly recommend finding a different gym that cares more about the customer.

Worst customer service ever!!! They will let you think you closed your account for 4 months then out of no where they charge you 160 dollars they proceed to tell you that you never closed your account!!! Literally the worst customer service I have ever had any place that provides customer service. When you have a problem be prepared to be laughed at and not taken seriously. All they want is your money not your happiness. Use at own risk there is only a star cause I had no choice
Went today. Had to search around for the cleaning spray and towel every time after using equipment. Saw at least 10 people in my first 30 minutes there just get up and walk away without cleaning the machine they just sweated on. Gross!!! And the guy at the counter tells me that it's ok, all gyms are this way and to just accept it. I'm really getting tired of having to wipe down their equipment before I can even use it.

Just canceled my membership and I will never be going back to Gold's gym ever again. I called them last week and asked them what I would need to do to cancel my gym membership and the employee told me I would just have to come in and sign a paper. When I signed up I asked them if I'd have any charges to cancel my account and they said no, as long as I stuck it out for three months at least and then came in and just canceled that whenever as long as I canceled it Before the 15th, when they bill you. I went in today, and the lady at the desk informed me that I would still have to pay my $30 membership because I didn't give them a 30 day notice. And then she pulled out a contract and had to underline it to show me. How many of your members actually keep their paperwork? You should really train your employees correctly and make sure they know the right information so you don't have a bunch of pissed off customers. This gym sucks
Don't go there!!! The place is disguising and you can't get your full work out. The manager starts shutting the sauna, tv, and music 15 min early. The sauna was the whole reason I started with the gym.Keep in mind I just started with them and now I just have a bad taste. The place is only open till 10pm and they want to kick u out quickly . They don't realize people work all different hours of the day. Therefore can't go at earlier times. I would find another gym that doesn't rush you out. Not worth the price either. I also asked about a particular machine and the staff was too lazy to show me the machine I was looking for. Staff gets annoyed when you ask questions.
Awesome place, been going there for a few months now and I have had no problems other than the parking can get crazy. I have never gone without a spot next to the building in the multi-level parking. I go between 2-3pm and it is mostly empty those times. The pool is always clean and the equipment is in excellent condition. The price is also very good and I didn't feel pressured at all to commit to anything. Awesome work Golds
