If I could put a negative star for this studio I would, teacher seemed and acted as if she had no training whatsoever, fellow students kept chiming in, and it was freezing in the studio. I left class early because it was not worth my time.
Great little studio. Yoga studio is at the top of a long staircase which may be a challenge if you have mobility issues. Pricing is reasonable and the instructors have been top notch!
