This is a great place to conduct transactions between people when posting classifieds online. I have used this many times and the only bad side I can see is it can be hard for people to find. But this is right by the police department and monitored on camera so it beats doing transactions at home.

This was an excellent way to carry out an online sell/purchase exchange. It is in the parking lot of the Layton City Police Department and is very safe.
