UFC is an awesome place to come get a full body work out no matter what class you take!! Definitely a great change of pace!. If you want great instructor then u should go here ,but they will hide a lot of information from you ,so they can convince you to sign the contract.... more

They are rude to potential customers. I researched their website and then called in to get pricing information for the membership options. The guy that answered tells me I have to come in personally and talk to his manager about pricing.... more
I must say I enjoy UFC gyms'. I was surprised to go to the gym as a paying member and to find out it was closed. As in closed for business not for the day. I did not enjoy not being notified.... more
This place is perfect for people looking for a classic gym with a ton of machines, a ton of free weights, and little to no crowds.. They signed up my underage son for a year membership, promising he could cancel at any time, then wouldn't cancel for two months.... more

Make sure you know that when you will be billed for the month regardless of you go. Just like any other gym. I had surgeries and broken bones and there was some miscommunication with freezing my account so I got billed BUT the staff was able to find a way to work around that, eliminate the debt, and get be back on a membership.... more
UFC gym a knock out experience. Extremely well equipped, clean, and welcoming environment. Staff super friendly and welcoming of all ages and ability levels. You don't have to be a future MMA fighter to benefit from this program.... more

Equipment is all new and very easy to use. Very clean and non-smelly. Staff are very friendly too.. A lot of equipment to use all the coach is very friendly and we have a good time, what a fun workout.... more

This isn't my blend of coffee, yet I must admire from driving past by how clean it looks. The location resides within a higher prestige of Virginia Beach, more so in shopping. Seems like a nice place for serious sweating, so sweat on lads.... more
I have taken a couple of classes so far and have enjoyed every minute of them! The classes are open to all fitness/experience levels. I consider myself in pretty good shape and have still finished each class exhausted, feeling accomplished, and ready to sign up for another! Sergio is a great coach keeping everyone motivated and engaged! The classes are excellent for cardio and a nice switch from regular weight lifting!.... more
