Awesome place!.The staff is great & super friendly! they are always very welcoming and I love the "no-pressure" feel of this club, they have creative ways to kick your body out of the comfortable zone, their energy is contagious, the people working out here always have a smile and motivate each other, there is no bad looks or feeling here, The parking lot is perfect huge, always a spot available, there is plenty of classes from 4AM to 10am every single hour and from 4pm-8pm there is no excuse a 45min workout will adjust your mood to a very positive one.... more
