I was visiting the area and spent two days at this gym. Melissa is absolutely the best, I took two of her classes, she made me feel so welcomed and really took a interest in helping me. The gym is just perfect, very clean. Up to date equipment and plenty of access to all classes and equipment
Pool and spa are great.
Great place for great people to lift heavy stuff and put it back down in the same place or different. Plus, Jeff is amazing up at the front desk. And my 2 boys love Brandon from the kids club
I'm so glad I signed up for this gym. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful, the facilities are always clean and organized, and they have all the fitness equipment you could ever want or need. I haven't tried the classes, but I can tell they are professional and well-structured. The locker rooms are always clean, and so are the hot tub, sauna and pool. I highly recommend Gold's Gym. I thought it would be much more expensive. This gym is well worth the investment and has everything you need to get healthy, buff, thinner, in shape, or whatever your goals happen to be. 5 stars, for sure.
Perfect gym. Plenty of equipment and all equipment is in great condition if not new. Offers a multitude of classes. This is the best gym I've been a member of.
Not our home gym. Really big, nice, and clean. Will come back.
Awesome gym has great workout equipment and great music downside is they changed the hours they close and open, I wish they were open earlier in the morning.

I just switched from Planet Fitness, and the difference is amazing. The equipment targets the muscles so much better than the equipment at Planet Fitness. The staff members at Gold's are so much nicer and actually care that you reach you're fitness goals. It is also a lot cleaner. If you are thinking of switching it is well worth the extra money.

We cancelled our membership due to the military moving us, PCS. We provided copy of orders documenting the move and they said everything was taken care of. That was June 2017, it is now Feb 2018, 7 months later and they are still charging us. Good thing USAA is taking care of the disputes. When they do pick up the phone they say it's a corporate issue, and that it shouldn't be happening. But the charges keep showing up every month.

I have been dealing with this for months and keep getting charged over and over although it has been confirmed the letter was recd months ago. This is the same problem i had when they were here before so i see nothing has changed in trying to get all the money they can. I even sent it signature required as stated and recd and email/text that the letter was recd. BEWARE when you try to end your membershhip.

Weight machines and other equipment are some of the best I've seen. Jacuzzi is a major disappointment. Has yet to work properly since opening and was one of the major reasons I joined.
Facility is new, well designed and stocked with lots of equipment! Staff are helpful and friendly. Trainers are amazing!!
I was very uncomfortable walking in but slowly got over it noone pays attention to anyone else and the staff is very friendly nice equipment and all in all a good workout enviorment definitely recommending to friends and family
Great gym, definitely the most well outfitted one in the county from personal experience. You'll find all types of people here, which is a good thing. Its on the expensive side however when compared to other commercial gyms its nothing. You can go to Planet Fitness for 10$, but you can also get STD's for cheap downtown as well. If you didn't get that bad analogy then you're probably a lot more cooler then me. Only type of person I would recommend staying away from here is the serious power lifter type that would probably have a much better time in the gritty Wichita Falls Athletic Club. The place is owned by Mark Rippetoe, a big name in the industry both powerlifting and weightlifting.
