One of the nicest and cleanest studio in town. Spacious with a cozy, warm atmosphere. Big variety of classes, with well educated teachers, that make you feel comfortable and safe. Very welcoming and very helpful for the beginner or advanced.
Adam was a great teacher- detailed and relational. He addressed our needs well.
This place is perfect; I wouldn't change a thing. Beginners would definitely feel more than comfortable here, as there is zero judgement, only positive vibes and constructive feedback! I love how gentle and kind all of the instructors are, and each class left me feeling lithe and calm. I'm personally relatively inflexible, and not once did I feel ostracized or judged by anybody. I think their prices are rather fair, and encourage anybody interested to at least try yoga at this location because ultimately it is an investment in your health. I wish I could subscribe and attend class regularly here, but I'll be moving soon. I think I'll definitely be back when I come to visit! Thanks for bringing quality yoga to Wichita Falls!
I love the Balance Studio Yoga & Barre. There's a wide variety of classes & class times. The membership is affordable. It's a great atmosphere & Carson is the best. She's very humble & so encouraging!
Balance is the most accommodating, educational yoga studio in town. With a focus on constant training for instructors you are guaranteed the most up to date and safest practice is taught.
I would never go anywhere else!

The restorative class today was phenomenal! I was left with a feeling of calm and feel restored and centered. You have to try this class for yourself to understand. There are really no words to explain the feeling when you are in the midst of this class and when you are done....sigh......completely relaxed and unwound.

Balance is such a great studio! The teachers and the front desk staff are all wonderful people and have one goal in mind: to help you be the best version of yourself. They have a wide variety of classes to choose from and they have a great retail space.
I took my first yoga class this week. I was able to go to two more classes and each class was wonderful. All of the teachers were so nice and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this place!!!
I was able to drop-in on a yoga flow class (with Rhegan) while on a road trip from Miami, FL to New Mexico. It helped me stretch and reset my body after a long driving stretch. I am so pleased to have found this studio... class was a true pleasure!
Very nicely designed studio. Heather was an excellent instructor! This place has a good vibe, left feeling better than when I walked in, I will be back!!
