This place is great! The staff at this location are very helpful! The beds are awesome! I will definitely recommend!

Brittany, Dee & Jordan are absolutely amazing! Seriously treated like family! I've been tanning here for a few years, wouldn't give my business anywhere else. Beds are always clean properly and the girls always put me in the best beds for the most color.

I took a break from tanning for quite a while, I came in today and Jordan was extremely helpful. She helped me pick the best lotion for me and went over specialty items as well, she also told me how to get my next year free. Hollie was wonderful too, my bed was very clean and Ms. Hollie was very nice as well.
Coming into Glo makes me excited to tan again, Their service, staff and amenities are wonderful!!

I've been a member at the Woodlands location for about a year and a half now, and I love it. I've been tanning most of my life, and this is by far the best salon I've ever been to. The ladies are always so friendly and helpful. I love the spa services. When I'm having a bad day, I do the hydration station, luxury suite, and the red light facial. I always come out feeling much better.

Definetely NOT the best Glo Spa I've visited. No greeting or acknowledgment from either employee. We stood INFRONT of them for several minutes until we finally were acknowledged . Computers were NOT working, unattended children playing and climbing with sharpie markers and coloring the magazines in the salon. Being a new visitor to this salon I mistakingly assumed I'd be shown the salon as a new client. But no that didn't happen. The beds were clean. Props to the lady that cleans them. She was the friendliest employee there. Restroom was absolutely disgusting! Don't ask to use it. My tanning time was cut short by 3 minutes because the bed shut off early. I asked about this and received a shrug and I don't know. It didn't happen just once either, multiple visits. Definetely NOT the Salon quality and cleanliness and friendly atmosphere of the other Glo Salons I've visited. Customer service is everything! Its a FULL service salon but I felt like I was at a run of the mill tanning facility. $200 is what I spent to join. Dont go to the Woodlands salon, you'll be disappointed and ignored.

This place is amazing!!! Super friendly staff, clean beds, and amazing offers. Give it a try and you will not regret it! I will not go to any other place!!

I won't deny they are great greeters however this place lacks in problem solving skills. They have charged my account for 2 months, when I clearly stated I wanted to cancel, TWICE!
They put up a nice front, I will give them props for that. This place also have pretty good beds. Now, when it comes to solving issues, you are not a priority! I'm not a person to write bad reviews but this one deserves it.
Suggestion: when you have a seasoned customer who referred you 4+ others you should treat this customer well and most importantly take your time to solve any issues. Don't let the customer sitting on the chair just because you have clients coming. Stop what you are doing and prioritize matters! Anyone can Check ppl in. Never coming back. Big turn off. I would never guessed I would be treated this way! Bad business!

The staff will easily forget about you and place others in front of you. During the open house one girl makes you feel beneath others for taking advantage of the great deal. I also watched the same girl talk on the phone while customers waited. She has poor customer service skills and definitely makes you feel like you are more of a nuisance than a customer. Sad thing is most of the other people that work here are very friendly.

Do not buy the Groupon! It's a total rip off. The one I bought said that it was good for a year, but after one month they told me it had expired. I'm extremely disappointed in this place

The spray tan was fine but customer service is extremely lacking. Waited on hold for over 10 minutes and had to call from a different line bc they forgot about me. Then they wouldn't honor my unlimited month even though I was within the month. Apparently an unlimited month is exactly 30 days from day you start. Even if june 1 - June 31 it would be over 30 days and out of month. Their failure to explain that from the beginning is why I believe they are tricky and untrustworthy.

I love Glo Sun Spa as a company, but I'm not liking this location (6 pines/Market Street) so far. For multiple reasons- mainly the customer service.
The first time I ever came, the stand up bed was broken. That was fixed, but this time I came, the hydro station didn't work.
Things break when they're frequently used, no biggie. ..It's just the way the manager handled it.
She didn't seem to have a lot of knowledge about it, took forever, and she never apologized. I know that sounds silly, but I wasted so much time there. At least acknowledge that.
Right after my situation, another woman complained that the spray tan station wasn't drying properly. Is this a daily issue with this location?
A few times I've come in, no one said hello, and so many times it's incredibly crowded! If people have to wait so long, at least be friendly.

Idk. Nothing huge, just little things that have rubbed me the wrong way.
The Cypress location on Spring Cypress and 290, however, is fantastic.
This location should take notes. Unfortunately, this is the closest location to me now that I've moved.

I will update my review if these issues are fixed.
