Went in to use a gift card and left with a membership because we really liked the place. Owner was very informative and professional.
I love this place. I have received best massage here. Also, they provide best ayurvedic oil, it helped me a lot with hair loss problem.
I visited this place for the first time and it was the most amazing experience. They were so kind and accommodating and Maria gave me the most amazing massage. I will definitely be back.
This place is amazing! I did a 7 day cleanse (panchakarma) and I feel great!! The owner is very hands on and awesome, great feed back and genuine. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return there for my cleanses.
Caroline gave feedback that she prefers music during the yoga class and they implemented the feedback. However, personally I wouldn't recommend music as you are supposed to listen to the inner soul and music is just a distraction. Nobody in India teaches yoga with music until something recently got commercialized there. Genuinely remove the music, any soul satisfying experience does not need music even if it is a journey to get there. The music part genuinely demotivated me to go there but I may give it a try once.
Update: I do not see the option to reply to your answer so I will update here. Check your reviews below and you will see Caroline's review. I took screenshots but I don't know how to attach it here. I haven't yet visited Ayush wave but was planning to and checking your reviews and the music part demotivated me for attending that particular yoga class. I am sure that you have many other treatments etc that will be good and I would definitely want to give those a try.
Something most important to my experience: the folks here are warm and welcoming and they make themselves available for questions.
They were understanding when my grandmother and I talked their ears off and asked too many questions!
I went in to find alternative help for hyperthyroidism and I left feeling hopeful, positive, and confident in the program that was prescribed to me, (and only prescribed after reviewing my recent labs and the TSH levels in my blood.)
My search for a quality ayurvedic doctor in the Houston area ends here!

Swetha Reddy is the ayurvedic practitioner at Ayush Wave and it is clear she devoted her life to studying medicine and translating between the different systems. (she has over five years of ayurvedic university in India and her master's degree in pharmacology, as well as years in the research field.)
I am absolutely impressed. She has my respect and appreciation.
I am so glad my grandmother brought me here and I will be back again.

I recently completed a 7-day Panchakarma session at Ayush and wish to share about my great experience of this wonderful Ayurvedic healing process so that other like-minded people can also benefit from this.
Panchakarma is the ultimate mind-body healing experience for detoxification of the body and restoration of the balance of life energies.
First of all, Dr. Shwetha is extremely knowledgeable about this wonderful ancient wisdom/science called Ayurveda and was able to answer all my questions and satisfy all my apprehensions over a 1.5 hour session including a detailed health assessment. Her husband is very courteous and will go to any length to make you feel comfortable.
All the physical therapists (Jose, Glenda and Maria) are seasoned professionals and treated me like a baby (I am a 47 year old man!). At the end of the 7 day program there was another free assessment to review the progress, assess the deltas and Dr. Shwetha suggested diet/supplements to cover the gap.
Results: I literally feel 5 years younger, much lighter, and energized!!
What to keep in mind: This program is not for everyone! You have to have a strong will power and discipline to keep your end of the bargain in terms of diet discipline etc. to get maximum results. Best of luck!

Authenticity all the way! True Indian based yoga ashtanga and Iyengar. Lovely staff, good energy and Dr. Reddy is so knowledgeable in Ayurveda. You are truly in good hands. A bit of India in the heart of sugar land!
