The owner/trainer is very easy going and knowledgable. It is a mix of crossfit and normal lifting so the best of both worlds. Everyone there is friendly and always down to give some advice or grab a drink after.... more

Great place with very motivating staff. Came here from crossfit the workout is just as hard but it is also fun, so I dont hate going. I also enjoy that if you are short on time you can do a 30 minute class instead of an hour.... more
