The owner/trainer is very easy going and knowledgable. It is a mix of crossfit and normal lifting so the best of both worlds. Everyone there is friendly and always down to give some advice or grab a drink after.
I have been going for 2 months and all my lifts have went up, while my cardio has improved and body fat has dropped.
All workouts can be scaled to avoid aggravating an injury.
Best part is he usually gives a new member 3 free classes go get a feel for the environment and program.
