So much fun!! And a great workout! ... love the instructors I've had... completely make everyone feel comfortable even as a beginner...

I have been to 2 pole classes and have loved it so far!! I'm very new to this and a bit overweight but I can (mostly) keep up. It's challenging but fun. The atmosphere is laid back, welcoming, and not intimidating at all. The instructor I had is fantastic and obviously a well trained dancer. She does a great job of helping you get the move and improve your technique. I've shopped around quite a bit and the prices here are the best I've seen around the Houston area. I'm hooked!

My family and I were driving through Ole Town Spring tonight. We drove up the street where this business is located. Came up on a black Mercedes car parked in the road, where no other cars could go around. There were on coming vehicles in the other lane, so I could not go. The man in the Mercedes "waved" me around him, but I could not go without backing up. When I finally got the chance to go around him, I stopped and explained he was blocking traffic, to which his response was " go you fat f@#k". Now granted I am a big guy, but why would an owner of a gym respond that way. Just something to think about when you are here and see him looking at you....is he think you are a "fat f@#k" too??? I wouldn't want to pay for that.

Been here almost a full month now and I can already feel the results. I can actually feel my muscles working and building on themselves. Is a little difficult to find the first time, but everyone is so nice. Times are amazing, because they not only have classes during the day or classes at night. They have both, which really works for my schedule. I believe the price is amazing for someone who is available to make many classes. A real deal. I'm extremely happy with the studio.
