Took a wonderful Yin Yoga class here. The first time I couldn't get in which was a bummer, but second time I did and it was definitely worth it!. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The Union has something for everyone! Strength / endurance training , yoga , Pilates and so much more. They even offer kids yoga once a month and my kids truly enjoyed the experience as well.... more
