UPDATE - July 25, 2017: The general manager, Mark, called my # this morning. Apparently, my number was listed as an emergency contact on my mother's membership. He was verifying the cancellation letter I sent out on behalf of my mother. He was very nice and helpful and there may be a possibility that my mother will be reimbursed. We'll see. If she does get reimbursed, I will update this review.

July 22, 2017: HOW DARE YOU!!! YOU DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO TELL MY 90 YEAR OLD MOTHER THAT SHE NEEDED TO SUBMIT HER CANCELLATION IN WRITING. She told me she went in TWICE and gave a verbal cancellation. And yet, you continued to charge her.
