Okay gym. Not every Golds has a steam room tho. Also, I think they should offer 3/4 day a week prices to those who don't need 7 day a week workout. It's okey dokey. Whatch out for creepy men, I heard there was a guy caught fondling ladies at different Gold Gyms in this rape class I took my daughter to.

All signage was taken down last week. Nearby location confirms this gym is closed permanently. Too bad.
Great place once your actually in. The place claims to open at 5:00 am, however the woman in the morning is consistently late. Most days people are just waiting in the morning outside the door for her. A lot of us have schedules and work and this inconvenience really starts us off on the wrong foot. Other people have stated "if I was late this often, I would be fired". When the girl is on time, she shows up literally at 5:00 am, and we watch her open the door. Just thought she would show up at least a few minutes early. Please address this issue, a lot of people are leave to go to the one down the street.

Being right next to a bigger, newer gold's gym, this location is usually pretty empty. The machines are a little old, but the leverage/free weight section has all you need for major lifts. Staff and gym goers are cool people too. Iron plates, love that; no rubber padding (personal preference). Small, but what are you doing? Throwing weights around and jumping all over the place like a nut? Go join a crossfit box then.
I love this gym. Never too crowded. Mainly elderly people that work out here during the day and the equipment is in good condition and the facility stays clean. I do get annoyed however that the desk people never can look up or tell you anything about your account. Account managers are hard to come by and make you wait around a long time. That is why they are not getting 5 stars from me. But as far as just coming into work out it's great. They could use to update the lighting in the pool area because it's pretty bleak and dismal.
UPDATE - July 25, 2017: The general manager, Mark, called my # this morning. Apparently, my number was listed as an emergency contact on my mother's membership. He was verifying the cancellation letter I sent out on behalf of my mother. He was very nice and helpful and there may be a possibility that my mother will be reimbursed. We'll see. If she does get reimbursed, I will update this review.

July 22, 2017: HOW DARE YOU!!! YOU DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO TELL MY 90 YEAR OLD MOTHER THAT SHE NEEDED TO SUBMIT HER CANCELLATION IN WRITING. She told me she went in TWICE and gave a verbal cancellation. And yet, you continued to charge her.
Worst gym experience of my life. The facility itself is dirty and reeks so bad that I won't even go. The child care is like a dark, forbidding dungeon complete with no windows and buzzing, flickering overhead lights. My children literally ran away when they saw it. I signed up here but I actually work out at the nice Gold's down the street! The worst part is all the billing issues I've had with their "no contract" membership. I prepaid for two months so that my card wouldn't be charged during that time. Instead, I ended up paying double for everything. It's nearly impossible to get their operations/billing manager, Jay, to fix anything. I'm just glad I didn't sign up with a debit card as all this double billing would ruin my budget! I'm beyond disappointed in this gym. It does not deserve a Gold's Gym name.

My home gym
I love this gym. Been coming here a couple of years and it's still my favorite.

I did the 7 day free trial at this location. The customer service I received from Xavier was wonderful! The staff really cares about fitness and the well being of their members. I enjoyed the facility. Lots of space with many different machines and areas to workout.
