Started in December of last year and 3 months later I have more energy and a bit more stamina than I've had in years. The Shiela, Rudy and Elaine have been super supportive. They are great coaches and helped me learn to listen to my body's response to my new routine's. If you are older (i'm in my 50's) and you want to get back the energy levels of your 30-40's do yourself a favor and start moving. The Fit Stop will help!!!! They are awesome!!!!
Absolutely wonderful. Coaches are dedicated to the athletes. Always encouraging us to improve but never risking our safety. They provide the tools to be successful (workouts, ROMWOD tools, nutrition tips) and are constantly motivating us to reach our goals.
Before I came to the Fit Stop CrossFit I knew I needed a change but didn't have the confidence or the know how! This place has changed my life! The sense of community is amazing. The coaches are the best! Thanks will never be enough for what joining the greatest place ever The Fit Stop CrossFit has done in my life!
By far the one of the best decisions I've made is joining this CrossFit gym. I continue to grow stronger not only physically but mentally as well thanks to the programming that goes on at this box. The family-friend environment that happens here is genuine and helps me reach the goals I've set. Thanks to this box my life has changed for the better and continues to improve every day. Anyone who is looking for a gym to join wether it is to get in shape or improve your current fitness level, will not be disappointed.

The Fit Stop Crossfit has changed my life ! Not only the coaches but everyone here supports each other. Coaches always pay very close attention to how you work out to make sure you're doing it right. I just can't believe that I saw results in very few days without killing my self with wrong diets.

So I started coming here in August of 2014. I had tried CF one time previously and enjoyed it but the pricing was just too high and I couldn't bring myself to pay so much per month. Then a friend of mine opened up his own box. He invited me and my wife and we fell in. Since then, I have lost over 50 pounds and am continuing to get stronger. Everyone that works out and coaches here are amazing people. Its a family environment and no matter where you are in your life physically, you will get the encouragement and push that you need to make yourself better. Also, this is the lowest priced CF gym that I know of in the city. Myself, my wife and my son are all members. Once my daughter is old enough she will also become a member. Come by for a free trial!

They have done an excellent job in doing so. All the coaches are knowledgeable and can help you excel. All coaches are there to make sure form is the key, keeping everyone safe. I just moved to sa and was looking for a gym. This gym is like a family, very warm and welcoming. I joined a 4 months ago. It's been awesome. I've gone to several CF gyms and this one is the best. The owners Elaine and Rudy really know their stuff and understand how to work with every fitness levels. All the coaches are very passionate about what they do and know how to help you work on form and technique. Everyday i walk into this gym encouraged and supported. I may not be the fastest or strongest athlete but the fit stop cf truly inspires me everyday. I'm so excited have such an awesome cf family.
