Great facility, nice and clean with an indoor track. Plenty of machines as well as free weights

Clean space with several cardio and weight machines. Has peak times where it is super crowded but if you can find the slow times you practically have the whole place to yourself.

Everyone here is really nice. Facility is clean. Great equipment. It does get a little busy which is my only complaint. For the location and population that this gym serves it really needs to be double its current size! But I really enjoy working out here!

This is by far my favorite gym. Always clean and well kept when I go. Pleasant atmosphere and the temperature is just right and the air smells clear and clean unlike most military gyms, furthermore very wide selection of both machines and free weights with additional equipment outside. Only problem is that either in the morning or at 1600 to 1800 the place is packed which makes workouts a bit difficult to manage effectively for time but if plan accordingly this is easily avoided. Easy 5 stars here.

This gym is awful. They focus primarily on weights- which NO ONE STRIPS AFTER USING. So, if the last person was doing 250lbs and you can't lift them to get them off, too bad, no one will help you...There isn't really any place to go if you want to do yoga or calisthenics, etc- if there are rooms for that I didn't see them and there are no signs and all the doors are shut, and very few elliptical machines. This place is big- but really has nothing for you unless you are primarily a weight lifter.

Good gym for its purpose. Meant to facilitate the Whiskey Land folks and it does provide that capability. The equipment is in good condition and they do have a moderate variety. The only thing the gym is really lacking is the amount of equipment and that is mainly due to the size they have to work with. I would like to see some sort of free space with more kettle bells and rubber plates but I don't think they have the room to facilitate that.

The basketball court is under construction. Indoor track on the second floor is 8 laps per mile, and has stationary bikes in the west end corners that are better than the ones up at the front. No raquet ball courts, they're at the main post gym. Smoothy bar near the entrance.

Good workout! Great people! Not the biggest facility but they have lots of equipment and they mix it up by replacing equipment on occasion. This gym gets pretty packed after 5pm so plan accordingly.

Good work out places, some what crowded. Some of the equipment seems neglected.

Well equipped. All the necessities needed.
Regularly gets new equipment to replace the worn out gear. Well maintained.

This place was great. It was usually packed (that's what you get in a military base though), but everyone who works there is super friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed the running track upstairs. There's also two rooms in the same hall as the locker rooms that you can use to stretch/kettle bells/core/spin/yoga..... they're the rooms that the group classes go into. They're free to use when there are no classes.

One of the better Fitness Centers I have seen on any base. The 2nd Deck running track is really nice. Equipment is modern and WORKING. Juice Bar inside. This is one of the best.

Here on a long TDY and chose this place over all other options to get my workouts in. Great facility, clean and the staff is great. Only got super busy during 1600-1800 on some weekdays. But even then was tolerable as there is plenty of equipment to use. The best gym on post IMO.

It's a good gym. Only probably is that it only has one deadlift platform. dumbbells up to 150.

Good place to work out, for those that can't leave post especially. Weights, indoor track and treadmills, basketball courts and a sana.
