It's a fairly large fitness center with lots of workout equipment, an aerobic room, a dedicated spinning room, three full basketball courts (one of which is routinely used for circuit training or large aerobics classes or Zumba - each with EXTREMELY loud music), free weights, a sauna, a bar where you can purchase various drinks including water and protein shakes, and relatively large locker rooms. It would easily be, in my opinion, a five-star facility if the pool were available; however, the pool is - and has been for a very long time - closed. A staff member informed me that this is due to a problem with the roof and there is currently no plan to fix it because of funding issues.
