Great workout!! Bounce is so fun! Kara brings such awesome energy and her workouts are always challenging! Love love love it!!

*Update: over 100 classes in and I still love it!
So far so good! I've been going to Smart Barre for a few weeks now, and I'm really enjoying it! The studio is clean and well put together. The staff and the instructors are friendly & welcoming. The workouts are consistent between instructors, but have enough subtle differences that you don't get bored. The classes are fast paced and hard (in a good way!). I look forward to more classes!

This is my home studio and I can always count on it for a great workout. Clean and convenient. The instructors are wonderful.

My mom has been attending Smart Barre classes for over 4 years now, and finally convinced me to try a class with her. I have been loving the challenge, and the motivation I get from going. I love that the instructors give you the freedom to work at your own pace. I also find myself paying more attention to my posture not only in class, but at all times :)

First timer with Smart Barre (Alamo Heights). I took a small intro class at an event (Sweat SA) and loved the challenge! Currently doing the New Client Unlimited Month, which is a great way to try as many classes for a great deal. So far I am loving Smart Barre at Alamo Heights (closest to me)! I needed these classes to help push myself mentally and physically. These work outs are always a bit different depending who is teaching, which I appreciate; keeps it interesting and challenging. The staff is so nice and professional and the studio is always clean and organized. Through their app, one can easily add or cancel a class. I am definitely looking forward to more work outs with Smart Barre!

I cannot even put into words how much I recommend Smart Barre.
For starters, I was not a big "work out" girl, runner, or athlete before I found this method. I found myself trying gyms, yoga classes, and other fitness concepts, but nothing seemed to stick. I was intimidated or simply became bored.
I ended up trying Smart Barre, and I was immediately hooked.
It's upbeat without being overwhelming and on a microphone. I love that you have your own space, mat, weights, place on the bar, etc. It allows you to have personal space that some group classes I have tried lack.
I noticed a huge difference in the way I felt, the way my clothes fit, and started receiving compliments after just 3 weeks. I LOVE the way the instructors greet you and get to know you.
From getting engaged to getting married, I felt my absolute best because of these studios and instructors. I've tried other "barre" classes while away, but nothing compares to Smart Barre.
