Not only is this place almost impossible to spot in the shopping center (we had to go into another store and ask) but we got there and they were not open during business hours. Judging from previous reviews, this is not uncommon. So we drove across town for nothing.

Great store, good selection of shoes and one of the only places in San Antonio to get Salomon runners. Julio was very helpful. It would be five stars if it were easier to find, needs a bigger sign!

Amazing people and great advice. The best running store in San Antonio, hands down! Their running club is awesome (Thursday nights and Sunday mornings), and their selection of nutrition is unparalleled.

Walked in and were completely ignored. We left after looking at shoes for a few minutes because we couldn't even figure out who to ask for help so we could try things on.

SARC trails running program was off the charts amazing! Each week a great run was setup specifically tailored to vet me.prepared for my first 50k course. Even on race day SARC was there making the stop fast and efficient to get me back out on the trails. So glad that I signed up with SARC!

Visited this place Thursday, 30Aug @1545 for a Texas Trail Run packet pickup. I wasn't very happy with the customer service. No greeting upon entry. The two working the packet pickup did not say a "hi" or "hello" and they kept chatting to each other as I waited to be helped. I did not feel welcomed by the staff during this visit. I will stick to visiting iRun when it comes to great customer service esp to military and San Antonio residents.
