Exceptional instruction on proper body alignment
and execution of pilate movement. Studying pilates
at Lone Star is for anyone wanting to improve strength , muscle tone and coordination.
My wife goes to the Pilates Studio and she loves it.
I went to Pilates looking for relief from back pain. I tried yoga and found that yoga irritated my back so I was forced to look for something else. A friend of mine mentioned Pilates and to be honest I had no idea what it was. I looked online and read the reviews from others and decided on Lone Star Pilates. I was initially shocked at the prices but I can honestly say that it has been money well invested. I would suggest you take one private lesson and see if it is for you. I am glad I looked passed the price as I consider it very valuable.
There is much more to say but if you are considering Pilates then go talk to Lone Star Pilates. I feel confident that you will have a similar experience to mine.
The owner Laura is amazing. I, Manuel A. Rodriguez III, am a retired Marine with a right lower leg amputation, and, as a result of imbalances, herniated my L4-L5 disk a few years ago. After attending classes and private lessons here for a few months I noticed a massive improvement in my back pain and overall increase in energy, especially after sessions.
Laura has taken a great deal of her free time to work with me and work around my disabilities, and she is a genius in figuring out ways for me to be able to complete certain motions made very difficult by having a prosthetic lower right leg.
I highly suggest anyone new to Pilates, and wants to learn about it, to go to Lone Star Pilates. Also, for other military veterans they offer a 10% discount.
I started at Lone Star Pilates few months ago, and I didn't know what to expect. I was thrilled on all counts. The space is immaculate, the instructors are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The classes are far superior to others I have taken at local gyms. Specifically, the attention to detail, safety and method are priorities. I love the small class sizes and great prices. Love it all around!

Excellent pilates studio. Very knowledgable instructors. Small classes and fun atmosphere. Great for increasing flexibility, strength and stamina. I have had previous back injuries that have made exercise challenging for me, but pilates works very well for preventing future injuries as well as working with old issues. Keep up the great work :)
