I've been in San Antonio since mid October. After dropping in many other affiliates I decided to join ACCF. Hands down the best. Great space, awesome coaching crew, very impressive barbell club. You name it ACCF has it. Top notch!!!
Alamo City CrossFit is by far the best gym in the Alamo City! They have an outstanding, knowledgeable coaching staff for both CrossFit and weightlifting! And coaches that actually care! The coaches, the members and the overall sense of community will make you feel it home! Whether you want to participate in the daily workouts or do your own thing during open gym, they have a huge gym floor with plenty of space for it all! Also check out their clean restrooms and showers....which is equally as important!
Love this gym. There is truly no other CrossFit community like the one here. The owners listen to the needs of of the members and try their hardest to accommodate to everyone. No place like it here!
My home away from home
From the coaches to the athletes - the culture here is fun, encouraging, and helpful. In regards to facilities - the equipment and bathrooms are organized, stocked, and clean! Great work ACCF crew. Thank you for being awesome.
The coaches are hands down the highest leveled I have ever worked with. They have the knowledge of an iphone but they can tell it to you in two words that are easy to understand! BATHROOMS that are new and room to dance!!
I had a great time hear at Alamo city crossfit. Coming from a crossfit box in fort worth Texas it can sometimes be intimidating dropping in at a box wear you don't know the programming or community. But I can honestly say this place is amazing from the moment you walk in your are welcomed to the community and the coaching staff is 100% professional and world class. I had the honor of working out with alley and I can say it was an honor to be coached by a fellow military service member. If you are looking to start your crossfit journey look no further than Alamo city crossfit in san Antonio Texas the programming is amazing and every kind of fitness level is respected and treated equally regardless if your a competitive crossfit athlete or use crossfit as your way of reaching your fitness goal. I'm happy to say that Alamo city crossfit will be my new crossfit home anytime I'm in town from fort worth.
I joined this gym in June and it has been a great experience. The coaches and members are very nice and the classes are always a great time. I do the barbell class and crossfit classes and I have seen a lot of improvements with my strength and stamina. I would recommend this gym to anyone serious about being healthy and fit!

One of the best gyms I've ever dropped into. The staff is beyond friendly and accommodating, the equipment and space is legit, and the open gym is incredibly convenient.
The quintessential crossfit experience: 12,000 sqft facility, awesome programming, great coaching and incredible people-Even hosted 17.3. I was a drop-in for the week and I can't say enough good things about this place and the people. Sad to be leaving, but thanks for a great experience! JR

Too bad many of the old reviews were for another gym that is closed down (but had a slightly similar name). Alamo City CrossFit is phenomenal. Large space, dedicated space for both CF and weight lifting, and quality coaches who really care. If anyone is serious about making improvements to themselves and need honestly good coaches to give guidance, ACCF is the place to start.
The previous review was for a totally different gym that is NO longer in business!
