Decent Facility, Lacks Much.
I only use this place because my work pays for it. I like their hours. If your into lifting weights don't waste your time. While they have good dumbbell selection, Their machines are lame. The leg press does not even engage your quads. It's the poorest designed leg machine I've ever seen. The angle of the plate and the whole motion range is completely disfunctional. Horrid design. On top of that the machine stacks are far too light. I can almost lift the whole stack on the leg extension machine with one leg. Pathetic. You will not get a good leg workout here. For upper body they only have one flat bench press and one incline, and they are seriously lacking good back machines, like a rowing machine. You can try using the cable tower with a portable bench, but I can lift the whole stack 25 times...and I'm no monster. Hardly a workout. While they have 2 pull down machines, they haven't any hammer machines for back. Overall, very weak on the equipment side. If you are into treadmills and elliptical they have plenty of those. There is a full sized gym for basketball and some punxhing bags. That's nice. The staff is very nice and helpful. I enjoy the people there. However, even Planet Fitness blows this place away as far as equipment choices go.
