Strictly about the basketball court...
Its nice that its a 94 foot court but...
This court is in DIRE NEED of routine cleaning and a re-finish every once in a while wouldn't hurt either. Come on, Gold's Gym. Standards should be higher.
Gold's is the most accessible gym in San Antonio. Locations everywhere. The service is pretty good too. The gyms are pretty well kept.
Be careful signing up here, especially with Jaylen (sp?). He will sign you up for services and contracts you did not ask for and then they will not help you remove services. Also, when asked for non-contract membership he signed us up for the contract and when we tried to cancel Charlene, the GM, said too bad you have to pay to cancel them regardless of what you wanted to sign up for. Very disappointing when the employees screw you and the GM stands behind you.
Great gym! Well organized, awesome product placement, great selection of gear and supplements for sale, friendly staff, nice locker rooms... what else you need? Oh and a HUGE indoor basketball court! Low ceilings for those of you that like it like that.
Shout out to my home gym! I've read some of the other reviews and I've personally never had an issue with any of the staff or management. I've had a great experience with Charlene (GM) and all staff that I've encountered. The only 'slight issue' that I can agree with is that it does get a little crowded both at the kids club and on the floor but from my experience it hasn't been something so bad that I'd stop working out at this location.
Charlene took care of me right away and got me signed up pretty quickly. Thank you for your exceptional customer service!
Nice gym except it's always missing equipment. From weight scales to squatting neck cushions, to workout bands, If it's not affixed to the building it's gonna disappear.
More to add: last week i was here. Trash in the shower trashcan was filled to the point of heaping on to the fountain next to it.

People here can't count. The 50lbs don't belong in the 10's. Bathrooms are disgusting, like maybe just pee before you come here. The amount of protein pumping through these pipes should be filtered out and reused at the drinking fountain. That along with the anabolics the 5pm crowd is pissing out daily. You can get second hand steroids and become the true gains goblin you've always been. Also the showers don't have soap in them ever. Make sure you wear sandals. MRSA and tetnus are in every corner bro.

The gym staff is nice. They take care of the members and the gym. Machines work.
I love this location; it is very conveniently located and they have the best trainer I've ever encountered (Mauricio). If you have any training limitations he is the guy to talk to! He'll help you get fit if you're willing to do the work. :) The locker room is always clean, and there's always plenty of cardio equipment to go around. The problem I've had is going in first thing in the morning and the area upstairs is a disaster! Equipment all over the floor. and trash just laying around (water bottles, paper towels, etc). This is the one thing that keeps this location from getting a 5-star review.

Wish they had a bigger better womens sauna. It was always dirty and the broken wood around the actual sauna heater is dangerous. Its suppose to be ther to protect you if you are too close because the sauna is too small!
Horrible service, when my husband and I signed up they quickly took us to talk to a sales rep. My husband had to leave to work, they had no problem me forging his signature just so we would sign up. I went today to cancel, the young guy at the front couldn't give me any straight answers. I asked to speak to a sales rep and all of the sudden no one is available, but I'm sure if I was signing up there would be someone there. Anyways bad customer service.
I am a member one of the instructors is very good about mistreating members the name is Annabelle management takes too long to resolve issues I would recommend for anybody safety not to participate in her class experience has been very bad
Great place to workout and lift. The staff is friendly and helpful. The equipment isn't the latest but it'll certainly get the job done.

I have been going here for a year, and I noticed the emplyeees always gossip and make fun of the people working out especially overweight people. The black male with the blonde hair is extremely disrespectful.
One of my favorite gyms to go to work out. Most days I usually go there to lift weights and sometimes I use the cardio machines. I have not tried the classes but I should someday. The gym is clean and the staff seems like they are friends and are happy to be there and enjoy their work. I go during the day and most of the time I see the maintenance repair guy making sure the walls are well painted and making sure that all equipment is working properly and well upholstered. The cleaning people are there everyday and are very thorough. Absolutely a great gym. I feel welcome there.
This Gym is great. The staff is always friendly and the facility is kept rather clean. I've been going here for a couple of years now and always have a good experience.
Tried to cancel my member for months because I moved out of state. Jacob was so rude, he didn't care. Emailed legacy trails and Ms. Flores took great care me the very next day.
For future advice DO NOT go to Babcock. They just ignore you.
Went pretty so the place was pretty empty. The setup is kinda weird, looked like they have added a lot of new stuff to accommodate people without much planning. But it met the needs so...
This Gold's Gym doesn't have a hot tub or pool, but it has a sauna and all else needed for a decent work out. The restrooms and showers are clean as well as the equipment and the staff is helpful and friendly.
Best place for indoor basketball pick up games... Has the best and biggest golds court in town. Workout machines never overly crowded and there's a sauna. No pool/jacuzzi though

Mon & Wed 3:30pm(guaranteed, come early)
Tues, Thurs and Fri 4:30pm(decent)
Saturdays 1pm
Sunday's 5ish(hit or miss)

The gym is always clean and doesn't really get packed unless you go on a Saturday or Sunday night. It has towels, soap, and shampoo. It also has lockers that can be changed daily so you don't need to bring you lock.
