This place is beyond dirty and disgusting, I had been a member for almost 5 months, at the time when I enrolled, they had a promotion where you get a $50 rebate gift card, they told me I will receive it once I make my first monthly payment which I did, i was promised a two 3D scan that also I did not get. I was very patient ,always paying my membership on time to get at the end the worst customer service and the assistant manager told me go learn English, then come talk to me, Jennifer the GM refused to talk to me and said that I can't do anything to help you. She was very rude, unprofessional an lacking sense of responsibility and professionalism.
They told me if you dont like it here, cancel your membership so, I AM CANCELLING MY MEMBERSHIP, and taking my business somewhere else where I will be appreciated.
NB: I reached out to corporation yesterday, I told them about the issue, they provide me with a claim number and they said they will take the necessary actions to solve the issue and teach these two employees with a managerial position how to be a good manager, and treat customers with respect because at the end of the day we pay your salary.
PLEASE people don't bring anymore business to this location, as matter fact that place will closed in the near future according to the lady I spoke with yesterday.
