This is my home gym. I love everything about this place.They have two awesome machines that I really liked. The row machines and the abdominal machine.It's very well laid out.

I've had memberships at a lot of gyms but this one is by far the best. The staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous. There's a huge variety of modern equipment and amenities. And they keep the place clean. Kudos to Planet on Bandera for turning the gym experience from a chore to a pleasure!

Loved it before. They have all new beautiful equipment. Unfortunately , what was a strider type machine, believe it was an arc trainer is now more like an elliptical and has a bounce that throws my hips out of alignment.
It's not just them . A family member had the same experience with Golds new equipment.

It's hard to leave a review of a gym without addressing everything, including the other members. The good: The facility itself is clean, organized and most of the equipment works. The staff is friendly and non-judgmental, which is the appeal of the PF chain, since very few regular people look like they actually belong in a fancy gym. Not-so-good: be on your guard about some members treating the place like a meet market. It's something that happens at all gyms, unfortunately, so bring a workout buddy if you can. And if you are one so inclined to try to pick up a date at a gym, please don't. Use a dating app like a normal person.

I love coming daily to the gym I enjoy my workouts and time spent. The staff is so nice they smile and are willing to to help in all matters! The areas are kept clean when the women slow them to be !

I really like the updated version. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The trainer that works there is very friendly and knowledgeable!!! Will be making this my permanent gym that I go to from now on.

I go to PF on a regular basis. Alyssa, desk clerk in the morning, is one of the friendliest faces there. She greets me each morning and makes me feel welcome. The club seems to be clean when I go there which is a big plus compared to other clubs.

I know I am so sick of their billing bs. And every time I call billing or the gym I get no resolve. I left this stupid gym before cuz of same bs. And every time I call and ask questions I get a different answer. Also their my club website is bs. Screw planet fitness. Not to mention it does not allow u to put your credit card number in for the billing they want your checking account number so they cause overdraft charges. Update: emailed them received an automated bs response that had nothing to do with the problem at hand. Not surprised!! Still no resolve and now my co workers are telling me to join a different gym. Most of them say planet fitness sucks!!!

Always clean and machines are easy to use. It's a great place to lose weight or obtain whatever fitness goals you may have. The price is more than fair for what you get. They even have massage beds and lockers to place your belongings in. There are showers also for when you're done working out. They have a huge selection of cardio as well as free weights to choose from. I always enjoy going there.

I requested cancellation of my membership in March and I just got billed for the month of April. I don't understand why that is, I sent a certified letter to the exact location of this gym, I followed the cancellation directions as stated in the contract. For all I know, someone could have thrown out my letter. I now have to close the bank account associated with this membership as you have cost me over $80 in fees. You will not get a dime from me if you try to collect, this is really unacceptable.

New location while my original gym is being rennovated. However does the job for great workouts and to continue to go back to your daily routine. Very clean.

This is one of the cleaner ones I have been to and also bigger with more equipment which is awesome. Parking can be a hassle depending on if something is going on at the bowling alley next door but otherwise it's usually pretty easy. I just moved to San Antonio so I asked them when I walked in where things were and the girl told me to just walk around - not the best of customer service especially when there's more than 1 of you at the desk so I would think one of you could step away to help me out. I have only been there on weekends so far and it's never too busy which is great, rarely have to wait to use equipment

The atmosphere is enjoyable, staff is always inviting and very approachable. I enjoy the fact that even though I may be on another side of town I can visit any of their locations. They have a fantastic Hydro massage bed and massage chairs!! They feel amazing after a long day.

Clean. Good air-conditioning. Water constantly dripping in the showers is a bit annoying and doesn't seem fiscally responsible. Wish they had a changing area connected to each shower but that seems to be an issue at all the locations of Planet Fitness.

When I moved to San Antonio this was the first gym I signed up for. I love the staff at this location! The establishment is always clean, everyone is always friendly, professional and positive. I can't speak highly enough about this gym.

A great Planet Fitness in Leon Valley. Clean, open, inviting, and eclectic, this Planet Fitness is one of my favorites I've been do. I've only been to about a dozen or so planet fitness locations, and this one is up there with my favorites. Their TRX/Cross training area is an absolute plus and I really enjoy going to this gym location.

Been coming to this gym somewhat regularly for a few years now and I love this place. Locker rooms have everything you need and I've never felt like staff or other patrons were staring. No rowdy people grunting or people with kids. Staff is friendly at the desk and leaves you alone. Don't care for Smith machines so I don't squat like I would want to but there is always people using them anyway. Like the circuit but there's constantly people going in there just to use machines. I have to wait for them to get done and sometimes have ended up skipping one. Optimal times to work out are between 12-3 pm or any time after 11pm until 7am.

They just upgraded with brand new equipment. I love that it's only $10 a month. Only 8 minutes from my office so I can get there and back on my lunch break.

So far so good. Staff was very helpful. She answered all my questions with great knowledge. Super clean, which I LOVE! You can tell it's a no judgement gym. Very happy I decided to come here.
